Kids Goal Soccer Academy Terms & Consent
By registering your child in Kids Goal Soccer Academy, you agree to the following:

1. Medical Consent: I give permission for my child to participate in the soccer program, understanding that sports carry risks of accidents and injury.

2. Release of Liability: I agree not to hold Kids Goal Soccer Academy, its staff, volunteers, or coaches responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during my child’s participation.
3. Indemnification: I agree to cover any costs or damages that may result from my child’s actions during the program.

4. Emergency Treatment: In case of a medical emergency, I authorize Kids Goal Soccer Academy to seek necessary medical treatment for my child. I understand that I will be responsible for any related medical expenses.
5. No Insurance Provided: I understand that Kids Goal Soccer Academy does not provide medical or other insurance for participants.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

Program Scheduling and Consolidation Policy: Registration Options: Parents/guardians may register their child(ren) for one of two soccer training schedules: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Consolidation Clause: To ensure the quality of training and effective resource allocation, we monitor enrollment numbers for both schedules. If the number of registrants in one schedule falls below 30% of the enrollment of the other, we reserve the right to consolidate the programs. Impact on Registrants: In the event of consolidation, registrants from the lower-enrolled schedule will be transferred to the higher-enrolled schedule. Both groups will then train together at the remaining schedule’s time. Rationale: This measure is necessary to maintain the financial sustainability of the program. The costs associated with hiring additional coaching staff and providing necessary equipment for low-enrollment sessions exceed the registration fees collected, making the operation of two separate, sparse sessions unfeasible. Anti-Bullying Policy: This includes, but is not limited to: Physical: Pushing, hitting, kicking, or any use of violence, Verbal: Name-calling, persistent teasing, mocking, or making threats, Social & Emotional: Spreading rumors, excluding players, or deliberate isolation and Cyberbullying: Harassment, hurtful rumors, or derogatory comments sent via social media or digital platforms Media Consent & Opt-Out: We photograph academy activities for promotional use. Photos of your child may appear on our website, in digital or print magazines, and in sponsor and similar communications.
